The rotary seeder features a ductile iron gearbox and hardened alloy gears. The fertilizer and seed boxes are made of full 304 stainless steel, and the fertilizer spreading plate is upgraded to a stainless steel square tube design. The press wheels are thickened stainless steel, equipped with spring-loaded mud scrapers and hydraulic adjustment. It saves labor and time while significantly improving productivity. The greatest advantage of this machine is its adaptability to both paddy and dry fields, allowing direct operation on standing stubble with excellent crushing effect and no clogging. It is a multifunctional integrated machine suitable for ridged or flat fields, equipped with a 36-speed gearbox for both mechanical and hydraulic drives.
Advantage 1: The machine boasts an aesthetically pleasing, stylish, practical, and technologically advanced design.
Advantage 2: Independently developed dual-purpose sowing legs feature replaceable wear-resistant tips with accurate soil entry angles and easy replacement.
Advantage 3: The new-generation three-chamber seed metering device uses nylon brushes for durability and stability. Dedicated seed metering grooves for wheat and soybeans reduce seed damage, saving seeds.
Advantage 4: The iron press wheels, with moderate width, minimize soil adhesion and ensure strict compaction, preserving soil moisture and creating uniform fields after sowing.
Advantage 5: Simultaneous seed and fertilizer application improves fertilizer utilization efficiency, saving labor, time, fertilizer, and costs.
Advantage 6: The 36-speed gearbox allows easy adjustment of seeding rates, making operation simple, convenient, and easy to learn for farmers.
Advantage 7: Wide-row sowing refers to the 8 cm seed spreading width of the sowing leg’s seed dispersal plate, providing ample space for individual seeds. This results in robust stalks, larger ears, and higher single-plant yield. The 24 cm row spacing facilitates ventilation and light penetration for crops, enhances photosynthesis, improves disease and lodging resistance, and increases yield and income.
Advantage 8: The new wide-row six-row seeder adopts a shock-absorbing design, allowing free vertical adjustment to prevent axle breakage.
